Theta State:
The Theta Wave Experience

Our brains are complex electro-chemical organs with amazing untapped potential. Every thought, every action, can be mapped by our brain wave frequency. When we are alert and working, such as active conversation or problem solving, we generate Beta Waves. When we relax or meditate, we are in Alpha.
